Terms of Service

By accessing or using DESYN ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You agree to use DESYN only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without our written consent

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@desyn.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the content you post on DESYN. By posting content, you grant DESYN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and in marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The DESYN name, logo, and all Platform design elements are the intellectual property of DESYN. You may not use them without prior written consent.

Designers, architects, studios, and brands listed on DESYN are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles. DESYN does not verify credentials unless specifically stated via our verification badge programme.

Payments processed through DESYN (including consultation bookings) are subject to our payment provider's terms. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refund policies are set by individual service providers.

DESYN is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESYN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
